Es en esta misma etapa en la que los jóvenes comienzan a estructurar su personalidad y con ello su carácter, el cual los ayuda a enfrentar decisiones importantes y los conduce a buscar su autonomía y es por ello que, consideramos se encuentran en el momento perfecto para desarrollar cualidades de liderazgo.</div><div dir="auto" style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div dir="auto" style="text-align: justify;">Sabemos que un líder es capaz de <strong>influir positivamente en otros e incluso impulsarlos&#8230;</strong> y si a ésta facultad le otorgamos los pilares esenciales de aprender a:</div><div dir="auto" style="text-align: justify;"> </div><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li dir="auto"><strong>Conoce</strong>r cuáles son las herramientas neurobiológicas funcionales para el reconocimiento, aceptación y manejo asertivo de las propias emociones.</li><li dir="auto"><strong>Identificar</strong> el potencial de las funciones ejecutivas del cerebro y su estrecha relación con el desempeño individual y los logros&#8230;</li><li dir="auto"><strong>Utilizar</strong> el talento neurogestivo para sí mismo y para su entorno, particularmente en aquellos liderados que son permeados por el ejemplo y la motivación que el propio líder proyecta&#8230; estaremos formando <strong>Líderes con Neuroestilo para el futuro</strong>, quienes estarán en capacidad de desarrollar un conjunto de rasgos peculiares que le conferirá un modelo único a los <strong>cuatro (4) axiomas  -pensamiento, sentimiento, creencia e intención- </strong>que los inspirará a superar las limitaciones en la comunicación, uso del tiempo y el empleo de la neurocuántica aplicada en el entorno; dichos axiomas servirán como principios que confluyen para operar en sinergia con todo el potencial neurobiológico de los jóvenes en formación a fin de desarrollar el encuadre cognitivo correcto de las experiencias psicoafectiva, y de todas las experiencias percibidas en general por sus metaconscientes como una realidad.</li></ul><p style="text-align: justify;">En términos simples, se trata de enseñarles a auto liderar su temperamento, carácter, identidad, su sistema de valores e inteligencia como estructuras fundamentales de su personalidad neurogestiva para actuar como líderes con neuroestilo con visión de futuro.</p><div dir="auto" style="text-align: justify;">Aplicando las estrategias metodológicas con diseño curricular para los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje para adolescentes (contemplando actividades previamente planificadas y organizadas de forma específica en función de las necesidades de los participantes), contando con facilitadores competentes, calidad de impartición, cultura de productividad y certificado de participación; estaremos cumpliendo con una formación integral calificada de NEUROLÏDERES o LÏDERES CON NEUROESTILO PARA EL FUTURO.</div><div dir="auto" style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div dir="auto" style="text-align: justify;"><em>«Un líder con neuroestilo activará todos los mecanismos necesarios para actuar de forma coherente y manifestar la armonía congruente entre lo que piensa, siente, cree, dice y hace»</em></div><div dir="auto" style="text-align: justify;"> </div>								</div>
